How do I become an NDI Dealer to be listed on the website?
In order to become an NDI Dealer you must meet the sales volume requirements and be in good credit standing with NDI.

How do I become an NDI TRADE customer?
To become an NDI trade customer and receive trade pricing, you must be a professional interior or planning designer, hospitality supplier or viable furniture or specialty store. and provide a resale tax ID #, and a copy of your business license.
How do I receive an NDI TRADE catalog?
You must first be qualified as a trade customer and provide us with your resale tax ID #, and a copy of your business license.
The cost of the NDI trade catalog is $40, which is refundable on your first purchase by making a notation in your order.
Who is my NDI TRADE sales representative?

Does NDI have a showroom?
NDI shows exclusively in the International Home Furnishings Center, High Point, North Carolina, Green Wing 276. High Point is the largest home furnishings trade show in the US and there are shows every Spring and Fall, call us for future dates and be prepared to be wowed!!
What is the minimum opening order and the minimum reorder for the trade?
The minimum opening order for NDI is $500 and must be prepaid. A reorder under $250 will be charged an additional $25 processing fee. You may fill out a credit application to set up terms for future orders.
How do I see/receive trade prices?
You must first be qualified as a trade customer and provide us with your resale tax ID # and a copy of your business license. After this information is received we will assign and send a password number to you and you may log into the www.ndi.com website as a trade customer where your trade pricing will be listed.
Is the cost of the container included in the price of the Arrangements and Trees?
Yes. The container price is included in the price of all the Arrangements and Trees. You can choose from a selection of ten great Tree containers and all are included in the price of the Tree itself.
How much will the shipping be for my trade order?
Freight charges vary and are calculated as a percent based on the total dollar amount of your order. Give us a call, we'll be happy to give you a quote! Common Carrier items for orders that do not meet the minimum $250 will be charged a flat rate of $98. Residential deliveries will incur additional fees from our carriers. Don't want to use our freight program? No problem, you can send a carrier of your choice to our facility in Brewton, Alabama to pick up your order. Just give us the details!
When will I receive my order?
All our products are made to order, especially for you! Every NDI Arrangment and Tree is designed and made in the USA, there are no finished goods, each is made to your order.
The normal lead time to produce our products is 10-15 business days. This lead time does not include shipping time to you.
NDI offers a rush production service for our trade customers. Your order will be guaranteed to ship out of our factory within 5 working days for a 15% upcharge or within 10 working days for a 10% upcharge.
NDI offers expedited shipping services for FedEx items, which can be selected at checkout. Please note an expedited shipping option does not include processing time. Common Carrier pieces can not be expedited.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For online orders, NDI accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
All opening orders must be prepaid and you can fill out a credit application to set up terms for your second order.
What if I need to cancel an item/order?
All cancellation requests must be received in writing, by fax, mail or e-mail and must be received before an item is put into production in order for the cancellation to be processed.
What if I order an item that is out of stock or discontinued?
Back orders will ship as soon as possible and will be kept on order for 90 days unless cancelled in writing prior to the order being put into production. Back orders under $250 will be cancelled and may be reordered on your next order.
What is your return policy?
NDI returns must be shipped within 15 days of receipt and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send an item back. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt, or no credit will be given. Custom pieces are non-returnable.
Merchandise must be returned in the original box/packaging and be received back in the same condition as they were shipped. Items returned which are not properly packaged will not be credited.
If you need to return merchandise, please contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. If you return merchandise without contacting customer service first for a return authorization number, you will not receive credit.

Can NDI products go outdoors?
NDI does not recommend the use of our product outdoors. Most of our components are made of some form of fabric or PVC material and will fade and be damaged if placed in direct sunlight or weather. Just as you would not put a sofa outdoors, the same holds true for fabric florals.
Can a set be broken up Example: P1441-116/3?
Sorry, a set cannot be broken up and sold individually.
Do you do custom floral/greenery designs?
If you are a professional designer, hospitality supplier, or wedding planner, and need a large statement piece, or for smaller designs of 25 or more, NDI will offer custom design services. Contact an NDI customer service representative to learn more 1-800-522-2627.
Please note, custom pieces are non-returnable.
Are NDI products Flame Retardant?
Upon request, NDI has a flame retardant process which can be applied to all products. The cost to apply the process to arrangments is $15 and $20 for trees. Flame Inherent items are also available for special projects. Call your NDI Customer Service rep for more details at 800-522-2627 or e-mail ndi@ndi.com.
Will my NDI items require assembly once they arrive?
No, all floral arrangements and greenery will arrive to you pre assembled by our talented designers here at the factory. A little 'fluffing' may be required to account for movement during shipping.
A few of the Palm trees require minor assembly, due to shipping limitations but easy to follow, step by step instructions, will be included in the packaging for your convenience. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact NDI Customer Service for more information 800-522-2627.

Are NDI products ‘real’ or ‘preserved’?
Thank you for asking, but no. Most of the items offered by NDI are quality fabric reproductions, but we had you fooled, right? We offer natural preserved Boxwood and utilize dried or preserved materials in many of our designs.
NDI is known as the premier provider of botanical and floral reproductions. Most of our products are made of a cotton polyester fabric and some silk blend and we incorporate a few organic materials in our designs as well. NDI’s signature watergardens contain a lifelike water look.
