How do I receive an NDI retail catalog?

The cost of our retail catalog is $40, which is refundable by making an note on your first order.

Please note, not everything displayed on our website is offered in our 264 page catalog. NDI's website is the best way to shop our comprehensive product line.

You can also Find an NDI Dealer in your area to purchase our products.

Do I have to be a member of the trade to purchase NDI products?

No.  You may purchase NDI products from NDI online, if there is a dealer in your area we will provide you with their name and location so you may call or visit them in person.

To become an NDI trade customer and receive trade pricing, you must be a professional architect, interior designer, furniture or specialty store, providing a resale tax ID #, and a copy of your business license.

How to Become an NDI Trade Customer

Is the cost of the container included in the price ?

Yes!  The cost of the container is included in the price of all Florals, Greenery and Trees!!

When will I receive my order?

NDI designs are created in our facility in Alabama. We do not stock finished items therefore your order is made especially for you! The normal lead time to produce our products is 10-15 business days.  This lead time does not include shipping time to you, even if an expedited shipping option is selected.

NDI offers expedited shipping services for FedEx items, which can be selected at checkout.  Common Carrier pieces cannot be expedited.

Note that choosing an expedited shipping method does not change the manufacturing and/or processing time before your order can ship.

What methods of payment do you accept?

NDI accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

What if I need to cancel an item/order?

All cancellation requests must be received in writing, by fax, mail or e-mail and must be received before an item is put into production in order for the cancellation to be processed. 

What if I order an item that is out of stock or discontinued?

Back orders will ship as soon as possible and will be kept on order for 90 days unless cancelled in writing prior to the order being put into production. 

Can NDI products go outdoors?

Our products are made from a variety of fabrics, molded, dyed and finished by hand.  Just as you would not put your sofa in an exposed area, the same holds true for your NDI Florals and Botanicals. 

All fabrics fade in direct sunlight, however, they may be used in a completely covered area with no direct sunlight, nor exposure to water from weather or otherwise.

Can a set be broken up Example: 3F1631-166/2?

Sorry, we are unable to break up sets.

Do you do custom floral/greenery designs?

For orders of 10 or more, NDI will offer custom design services.  Contact an NDI customer service representative to learn more 251-867-7077.

Please note, custom pieces are non-returnable.

What is your return policy?

NDI retail returns must be made within 15 days of receipt and you are responsible for the shipping cost to send an item back.  Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receipt, or no credit will be given. Custom pieces are non-returnable.

Merchandise must be returned in the original box/packaging and be received back in the same condition as they were shipped. Items returned which are not properly packaged will not be credited. 

If you need to return merchandise, please contact customer service to receive a return authorization number.  If you return merchandise without contacting customer service first for a return authorization number, you will not receive credit.

How much will the shipping be for my order?

NDI's website calculates the shipping charges for your order, based on the items in your Shopping Cart.

All NDI products ship from our factory in Brewton, Alabama via FedEx or Common Carrier as noted in each product description.

Common Carrier shipments for residential deliveries will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal.

Will my NDI items require assembly once they arrive?

No, all floral arrangements and greenery will arrive to you pre assembled by our talented designers here at the factory.  A little 'fluffing' may be required to account for movement during shipping. 

A few of the Palm trees require minor assembly, due to shipping limitations but easy to follow, step by step instructions, will be included in the packaging for your convenience.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact NDI Customer Service for more information 800-522-2627.
